Our Lowest Rate Guarantee: We guarantee that you will find our rates to be lower than any of our competitors rates who rent condominiums out of the Palace Resort. If you find a lower advertised rate, and we can verify that the rate is lower and the room is available, we will match our competitors rate + give you 10% of the difference.

30% Early Booking Discount: We have discounted our rates by up to 30%, in order to take advantage of these low rates you would need to reserve your room before the rates go up after March 1st, 2010

10% Discount: AAA members, senior citizens, and weekly stays. (No discounts for June 28 - Aug. 02)

15% Discount: 5-Day Special: Arrive on any Sunday during the Year, stay 5 nights and receive a 15% discount. (Two and Three bedroom units are excluded from this offer)

20% Discount: Weekly stays December 1 2009 – February 1 2010 and October 18 2010 – February 1 2011.

Harley Davidson Bike Rally: Stay 5 Nights or Longer during the Spring Bike Rally and receive 3 Nights free during the Fall Bike Rally.

End of Summer Blowout Special: Stay 7 Nights or Longer between August 15th and August 31st and receive a free 2 night stay good for any stay between November 1 and December 31.

Winter Special: $199.00 weekly rate for a One Room efficiency suite. Only available for the months of November and December.

Winter Special Extended: Stay 14 days in an oceanfront sun suite for $375.00 Valid November 1 2009 – February 1 20010

In addition to the rates above, there is a $20.00 per month charge for a resort fee, and an 13% accommodations / hospitality tax. Monthly rates begin on the first of each month, any portion of a month will be charged the full monthly rate or the daily rate whichever is less.

Single months are available for the months of September, October, November, December, January and February. All March rentals must include February, All April rentals must include February and March, and all May must include February, March and April. (*Please note that the rates shown for May only includes the dates May 1^st until May 20^th all monthly guest must leave on or before May 20^th.)

Rates do not include housekeeping, however you may exchange linens for clean ones at any time during your stay at no cost. To confirm reservations we require a deposit of $100.00. Sorry no pets and no refunds for early departures. A 4% credit card fee will added to the billing when paying with a credit card. For your convenience we have set up a media room for our guests where they can access the Internet via our computer terminal or via wireless Internet. We also have scheduled weekly and monthly activities in which the guests are encouraged to attend.

Only one discount available per stay.

· We offer free wireless Internet service as well free access to our media center where our guests can access their email or view the Internet in the privacy of a private office.

· During the summer months we offer activities during the week for kids as well as a cookout once a week.

· During the winter months we have social events such as covered dinners, bingo, and trips to various local and regional attractions.
